Dress Code

Listed are options and the required items needed for your dancer. Please note – some items are not available but most items are in stock. EXPOSED LEGS ARE UNACCEPTABLE DANCE ATTIRE.
Students are required to have a “natural shade” of hair color for the recital. Exposed tattoos must be covered with makeup or nude undergarments.
Please label dance shoes and bags with the dancer’s first and last name.
* Students may use whatever shoes they may have from last year, if they still fit. Please consider our dress code when buying new shoes. * If you have used shoes that you would like to sell, please place them in a ziploc bag with the dancer’s name, size and price inside the bag. Please place them in the storage room.
Creative Movement (2 year old/non-recital)
Black leotard, Eurtotard light suntan , pink leather ballet shoes, hair in ponytail or pulled back. Detachable ballet skirts ARE NOT allowed.
Agest 2.5-4 (Tap, Ballet & Tumbling)
Black leotard, Eurotard® light suntan tights, pink leather full sole
ballet shoes, Mary Jane tan tap shoes, dance bag, hair in ponytail or pulled back. Detachable ballet skirts ARE NOT allowed.
Ages 5-6 (Tap, Jazz & Ballet)
Black leotard, Eurotard® light suntan tights, black jazz pants or solid black bootie shorts, tights must be worn (NO exposed legs), Mary Jane tan tap shoes, tan split sole gore jazz shoes, pink leather full sole ballet shoes, dance bag, hair in ponytail or bun. Detachable ballet skirts ARE NOT allowed.
Ages 7-8 (Tap, Jazz & Ballet)
Black leotard, Eurotard® light suntan tights, black jazz pants or solid black bootie shorts, tights must be worn (NO exposed legs), tan jazz tap shoes, tan split sole gore jazz shoes, pink leather full sole ballet shoes, dance bag, hair in ponytail or bun. Detachable ballet skirts ARE NOT allowed.
Ages 9 and Up (Tap & Jazz)
Solid black leotard, tank top (ALL BLACK), Eurotard® light suntan tights, black jazz pants or solid black bootie shorts, tights must be worn (NO exposed legs), tan jazz tap shoes, tan split sole gore jazz shoes, dance bag, hair in bun or ponytail.
Ballet
Black leotard, solid black bootie shorts (optional), Eurotard® light suntan tights, pink leather split sole ballet shoes, dance bag, hair in bun or ponytail. No ballet skirts, tutus or fashion tutus allowed.
Contemporary
Solid BLACK tank top or leotard, black jazz pants or solid black bootie shorts, tights must be worn (NO exposed legs), Eurotard® light suntan tights, Pirouette shoes, dance bag, hair in bun or ponytail.
Pointe
Solid BLACK leotard, Eurotard® ballet pink tights, solid black bootie shorts, dance bag, hair in bun or ponytail. Pointe I – pink leather ballet shoes, Pointe II – pink pointe shoes.
Hip Hop
Black leotard, black tank top or fitted t-shirt, black bootie shorts, capris or pants, tennis shoes, hair in bun or ponytail. TIGHTS must be worn to dance class!! Required type of tennis shoes will be stated when costumes are selected.
Tumbling
Black leotard, Eurotard® light suntan tights, black jazz pants or solid black bootie shorts, tights must be worn (NO exposed legs), tan split sole gore jazz shoes or pink leather ballet shoes, dance bag, hair in ponytail or bun.
