Rehearsal & Recital Dates
Dress Rehearsal will be held on Saturday, April 27, 2024. The Dance Recital will be held on SUNDAY, MAY 5, 2024, at the Baton Rouge River Center. All students must attend dress rehearsal - no exceptions! Dancers will not be excused for anything, including school functions. It is mandatory for students to attend the rehearsal in order to perform in the recital.
Recital/Video Fee
Recital and Video fees have been combined into one fee charge. The fee of $185 is due March 2024. If you have more than one child participating in our dance recital, $75 per additional child is charged. You may also break this fee into smaller monthly payments. The recitals will be recorded by Video Reflections and will be a digital link download, therefore requiring all students to purchase - no exceptions.
Now, you will be able to view from any device, smart phone/TV or computer and able to copy onto a disk or zip file. You will also receive a link for each of our dance recitals!! So there is no need to purchase a second video because now you will have access to watch and download both of our shows! This fee is non-refundable and late fees will be assessed if payment is past due.
Payment Deadline
All accounts must be paid out in full by April 11, 2024. Your child will not be allowed to perform at the dress rehearsal or the dance recital if your account is not paid out in full and closed out by the due date! No Exceptions! This is strictly enforced.

Tickets
Each student will receive 4 tickets at no charge (2 additional per each sibling). Additional tickets will go on sale at the Studio April 22-24 from 5-7 p.m. Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis. Tickets are $10 each.
